About Us

Neon Sapphire was set up in 2013 to provide the offshore community with a local underwriting presence.

Nigel Brand, who heads up Neon Sapphire, moved from London having been involved for decades in the offshore markets and firmly believes that the status and complexity of the professional financial services sector necessitates a local and listening underwriting presence.

Our leading underwriter has in excess of 30 years of experience in Professional Financial Services. We now provide London market underwriting knowledge and expertise where ever it is needed, both offshore and on.

“Neon Sapphire have always acted in a most professional, approachable and accommodating way to assist us in meeting the ever changing environment in which we operate. We would consider them a valuable stakeholder in any business considering utilising their services.”

“I have found the Neon Sapphire Team to be helpful and committed to building a strong business relationship with us. The depth of knowledge behind the Underwriting can be relied upon, as can the Underwriting support offered by the back office team. I have personally found that the willingness of the Underwriter to meet with clients and iron out any issues with coverage to be a big selling point and shows clients that the cover they are paying for isn’t faceless.”

Neon Sapphire is part of the Neon Group of companies.
